porting Enyo 1.0 app to iOS keyboard issue

We are porting our scorched earth clone over to iOS. So far we have the port working on an ipad with ios 5.1. On the other hand we are having issues with the keyboard poping up when you select a text box. It simply does not come up. Has anyone ran into this issue?

Is there an issue in enyo1.0? should we update to enyo 2.0?
Has anyone ran into any issues updating their apps from enyo 1.0 to 2.0?

Enyo 2.0 is a different implementation than 1.0 and doesn't support the same set of controls. For now, it would be better to try to fix the 1.0 code for your use case.
