Comments

  • FYI, Ares-0.1.7 may something leads with designer freeze when opening several files coming from different project. WA is (I am afraid) reload ares.
JIRA https://enyojs.atlassian.net/browse/ENYO-2729 is opened to track this issue. Otherwise, Ares-0.1.7 works fine when having one project in Project List.

Thanks for 0.1.7 version. I downloaded the new version without problems.
But it seems that the Designer (drag&drop) does no longer work in Chrome browser "Version 27.0.1453.116 m". I noticed the same for Ares 0.1.6 version too.
The latest Chrome "Version 28.0.1500.72 m" is not working any better.

With FireFox I don't see these issues. (Using FF and Chrome in parallel with the same Ares server is not working well with the current Ares version.)
  • hmm. i just did a npm update on mine, and it seems to be working in Opera 15
  • I have just tested the drag& drop on Chrome Version 30.0.1565.0 canary. It works fine.
  • npm update is the correct way to do an update on ares, yes?
  • @ Martin. Sorry for the delay.
We have reproduced issues related to Designer (drag&drop).
Fixes are under test and will be available in the 0.1.8 package.
FYI, the 0.1.8 will be available either the 24th or 25th of July 2013.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
  • @ ekdikeo. Again sorry for the delay.
Yes. The "npm update" is the right way to update ares.
  • @marian thanks for the notice ! Looking forward to new version later this week. :)
